Nadine has a deep understanding of the body and a keen eye for correct alignment. She loves to creating a relaxing class full of self study. By focussing on the Yoga principles, the goal in class is to make you feel lighter and stronger with more energy when leaving. She enjoys to help people find a better understanding of their own body, finding relief in their joints and muscles and improving peacefulness and posture in daily life.
