Hello, my name is Julia, I first got in touch with yoga in 2014.
Yoga has become a part of my life, it has changed my life positively, relieved stress after a long day at work, shown me a different, positive way of thinking and kept me fit, without losing the fun and lightness.
After my yoga teacher training, I dove even deeper into the world of yoga. *Connecting with yourself can be a whole new experience and create a different, positive perspective that calms the mind and simply gives you a break from this turbulent
world*.
In my opinion, yoga is for everyone and there is no right or wrong. Everyone sets their own pace with the intention of letting go of their ego and connecting with their inner truth. My classes are inspired by a theme and begin with a grounding meditation.
When I was pregnant with my daughter, I felt the positive effects of yoga preparing me mentally, emotionally and physically for birth. I found this journey very inspiring, and subsequently trained as a prenatal yoga teacher to help mamas feel as comfortable as possible during pregnancy and prepare their bodies and minds for labor and birth.
Classes consist of exercises that support this process, such as gentle yet powerful yoga postures that build strength and flexibility, as well as meditation, breathing and relaxation exercises that balance the body and mind and provide relaxation as well as confidence and trust.
I love to share my passion and
to show that there is so much more behind the word yoga, and to simply create a positive space for everyone.
