I started studying sports sciences in my secondary school, but it was in 2020 that Yoga really started permeating my life style and life choices.
After practicing Vinyasa and Rocket Yoga in Italy, I completed my Vinyasa and Hatha Training course, developing a practice which is focused on emotional release achieved through balancing pranayama and asanas. I particularly work on trauma management and self compassion through poses involving Muladhara and Swadhisthana Chakras.
My journey with Yoga is hence concerned with Self - development, discovery and growth.
